As the Executive Assistant to one of the two co-founders of Addicus, you will be acting as the trusted gatekeeper of time and liaison across daily interactions.
The co-founder this position supports started Addicus after a decade in financial planning firms showed him a disconnect between the products the industry was selling and the actual ever-changing and complex needs of clients. Addicus was formed to focus solely on the long-term strategy for a select group of successful, great families.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply a problem‑solving prodigy mindset, anticipating challenges before they arise, using analytical judgment to manage time, priorities, scheduling, and shifting demands in a fast‑paced environment
- Oversee communications and information flow, using your organizational prowess to manage email, meeting materials, and follow‑up with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics and travel with precision, applying strong attention to detail to prepare itineraries, meetings, and events accurately and efficiently
- Support projects and initiatives with a proactive, adaptable mindset, collaborating across teams, multitasking effectively, and navigating changing priorities with confidence
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and excellence, exercising sound judgment while continuously learning and improving processes that support the executive and organization
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision and follow through
