🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Solar Energy Advisor, you will guide homeowners through the transition to solar energy, from first conversation to signed agreement.
Sales & Pipeline Development- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Maintain an active and consistent sales pipeline
- Follow up persistently on opportunities
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations
- Analyze homeowner energy usage and needs
- Design customized solar and energy solutions
- Present proposals, pricing, financing options, and incentives
- Educate customers on solar technology, savings, and tax benefits
- Travel to customer appointments and assigned territories
- Represent Ethical Energy Solar at marketing events
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through handoff
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Track performance metrics and pipeline activity
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

- Proven success in sales (solar or in-home sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Comfort working independently in a performance-driven environment
- Willingness to travel for customer appointments
- High school diploma or GED required
- Passion for renewable energy and helping customers make smart financial decisions
