Inventory & Sterilization Specialist | Perioperative Services

The Mission
As a key player in our Central Corridor surgical team, you are the backbone of the operating room. You’ll ensure our surgical environment is safe, seamless, and fully stocked so our clinical teams can focus on what matters most: patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Guardian of Safety: Master the sterilization process, monitoring every cycle to ensure our equipment meets the highest clinical standards.
• Supply Chain Pro: Take ownership of inventory management—ordering essential supplies and maintaining precise par levels so we’re never caught without the right tool.
• Collaborative Support: Work directly under the Nurse Manager and Clinical Resource Leader to keep the department running like a well-oiled machine.

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.22 - $23.92

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Experience:

• Prefer one (1) years comparable medical experience.

• Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills to be an effective team member and interact with physicians and co-workers.
• Must be able to work independently, coordinating and assimilating multiple pieces of data to accomplish required tasks.
