This dynamic role blends Certified Medication Aide (CMA) responsibilities with hands-on caregiving, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care, connection, and daily engagement. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver safe and accurate medication administration with attention to detail

* Provide compassionate, person-centered care that enhances residents’ daily lives
* Build meaningful relationships through connection, trust, and support

* Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

* Engage residents in activities that create joy, purpose, and community

* Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and emergencies

* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications & Requirements

* Certified Medication Aide (CMA) required

* Previous experience in senior living, caregiving, or healthcare preferred

* Strong knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols

* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
