Shift: Monday - Friday. 8a - 5p.
Pay: $21.50/hr

SLG Beverage Coordinator

Key Accountabilities:
- Order Processing: Receive documents and initiate logging process, confirm data received is in compliance with all US Customs requirements, process all documents in accordance with requirements, coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery, and finalize billing and distribute documents as required.
- Shipment Status reporting: Review daily monitoring reports, ensure all measurements standards are met, and proactively report non-conformances.
- Maintenance: Ensure all tables complete and current, assist in accounting issues, perform request for quote (RFQ) as required, and ensure all communications are prompt and content is accurate.
- Prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading (BOLs) in Ocean Exports.
- Coordinate the outbound movement of international freight shipments.
- Continuous communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers concerning shipments, via phone and email.
- Updating Milestones and notifications on a daily basis while ensuring a high quality of data.
- Company transportation management system (TMS) to be updated with complete information on the shipment.
- Maintaining documentation, relevant email attachments in company TMS.
- Customer billing respecting INCOterms.
- Vendor invoice processing via our Z-invoice procedure.
- Assist the Logistics Department in various administrative functions and local support.
- Create paperwork, BOLs, certificates of analysis, packing lists, documents for domestic and export orders.
- Communicate with carriers and customers to schedule shipment pick-ups and to provide shipment status.
- Revise and update daily sales order reports and follow up with managers on order status.
- This position works within the established policies and procedures of the exports global guidelines.
- Schedule transfer of materials between facilities and outside warehousing.
Required Education and Experience:
- Strongly preferred: 5+ years in shipping/logistics/supply chain management industry.
- Warehouse/fulfilment center experience
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
