This position plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by preparing, filling, and moving supersacks, supporting team members, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

What you'll be doing:

• Setting pallets and preparing supersack hoppers
• Tying and staging supersacks for current and upcoming shifts
• Attaching sacks, adjusting for fill, and operating hoppers
• Labeling finished product and moving materials using a forklift
• Entering production data into the system
• Keeping the work area clean and free of debris
• Operating automatic and manual wrapping equipment
• Assisting team members with setup and product movement
• Providing coverage when needed and assisting with equipment cleaning
• Following all safety procedures and wearing proper PPE

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Strong organization and ability to multitask
• Valid NC driver's license
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Forklift experience is a plus
