Billing Clerk at CORRIGAN ENTERPRISES, INC. – Brighton, Michigan

Review billing daily and maintain thorough records.

Promptly resolves billing issues and responds to any problems that arise.

Manage the distribution of various reports, Invoice proofs and copies.

Collaborate with office personnel to trouble shoot work orders and billing concerns.

Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.

Demonstrate professionalism, be courteous and always be friendly to customers and co-workers.

Foster regular interaction with peers, fostering productive face-to-face and spontaneous meetings.

Follow company quality, safety, and environmental guidelines as well as Employee Handbook policies.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Extremely efficient and accurate with data entry, proficient in MS applications.

Demonstrate patience when communicating with customers.

Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures.

Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.

Versatile and willing to adapt to a situation.

Communicate well through emails, over the phone, or face to face.

High school diploma with customer service experience is preferred.

Pass a pre-employment 7-year criminal background check.
