Family Advocate at Willamette Family, Inc. – Eugene, Oregon

Willamette Family is looking for someone to fill the role of Family Advocate. Family Advocates serve as a part of a wraparound service for families in services with Willamette Family.

The Family Service Program utilizes a Strength-Needs-based approach that fully engages each client in the determination of their needs, development of specific case plans and services, and in their implementation to achieve successful outcomes.

Compensation: $23.10/ hour Starting

Preferred schedule: Sunday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field: Equivalent is based on the following: CADC I, QMHA qualified with 3 years experience, Associates Degree, with 3 years experience.
• Currently qualified or able to become qualified as a QMHA with MHACBO
• Knowledge and experience in working with families using a strength-based approach
• Experience with electronic health record systems and other technologies
• Background Check
• Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)
• Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment.
