Lead Carpet Technician

• $18-$20 /hour • Temp-to-Hire

About This Opportunity

The Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician is responsible for delivering professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services in residential settings while providing excellent customer service. This role includes building strong client relationships, representing the company with professionalism, and learning technical cleaning and sales skills. Paid training is provided, making this a great long-term opportunity for motivated individuals.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $18-$20/hour + Monthly Bonuses and Tips

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM-4:00 PM or 5:30 PM (depending on workload)

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Start Date: ASAP

Pre Employment Requirements

• Drug Screen Required
• Background Check Required
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
• Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

• Provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services in customer homes
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
• Learn technical cleaning methods and sales techniques

• Professional carpet cleaning equipment and tools

Work Environment and Dress Code

• Uniforms provided
• Khaki, black, or grey pants required
• Shorts allowed during summer months

• Strong English communication skills (required for in-home customer interaction)
• Reliable, organized, and positive attitude
• Customer-oriented with strong teamwork skills

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
