About This Position
1. Overview
Share Equity is seeking a highly experienced fundraising consultant to support
immediate revenue generation through direct donor outreach, asks, and closing.
This is a short-term, high-urgency engagement focused on securing funding within the
next 2–3 months to address a near-term funding gap.
We are specifically looking for a consultant who can step in quickly, activate networks,
make direct asks, and convert opportunities into committed funding.
2. About Share Equity
Share Equity builds technology solutions that improve access, coordination, and
financial workflows across healthcare and abortion care ecosystems. Our platform,
Autonomie, supports providers and partners navigating complex funding environments.
We are at an inflection point of growth and are seeking bridge funding to support
near-term operations.
3. Objective
Secure committed funding within 90 days
Accelerate and close existing and new donor opportunities
Bring in immediate revenue to stabilize operations
4. Scope of Work (Execution-Focused)
This role is primarily responsible for fundraising execution, not long-term strategy.
A. Donor Activation
Activate priority prospects immediately
Leverage own network where relevant
B. Direct Outreach + Asks
Lead and/or support direct donor outreach (email, calls, meetings)
Make clear, time-bound funding asks to prospects
Tailor messaging to individual funders with minimal ramp time
C. Closing + Commitment
Move prospects from interest to committed funding
Support structuring of gifts (amount, timing, restrictions if applicable)
Ensure commitments are secured within the engagement window
5. Deliverables
Active donor pipeline with clear status tracking
Documented outreach and meeting cadence
Ask strategy and tracking per priority prospect
Weekly updates on:
Outreach completed
Meetings held
Asks made
Funds committed / pending
Primary success metric: dollars committed within 90 days
6. Ideal Profile We are seeking someone who:
Has a proven track record of personally closing six- and seven-figure gifts
Is comfortable making direct asks and handling donor objections
Brings existing relationships with relevant funders (preferred but not required)
Can operate with urgency, focus, and minimal oversight
Has experience in: Reproductive health / abortion access (strong plus) or Healthcare innovation or social impact funding
7. Budget + Compensation Structure We strongly encourage proposals that include performance-based components, such as:
Success fee tied to funds raised
Retainer + success fee hybrid
Milestone-based payments

8. Timeline
RFP Issued: March 23, 2026
Proposal Deadline: March 27, 2026 (5:00 PM ET)
Interviews: March 27–28, 2026 (rolling)
Selection: March 29, 2026
Start Date: March 30, 2026
