About This Position
Our Reservations Specialists serve our conference center guests by processing all reservation requests and setting up registration for all group business.

Responsibilities
- Processes individual and group reservation requests via phone calls and emails.
- Process group contracts to create rate sheets and billing codes
- Coordinates and assigns housing for guests and guest groups
- Collaborates closely with Sales, the inhouse Event Coordination team, and the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest experience and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Supplement Front Desk operations on high volume days.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.

- Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in keyboarding and calculator use, with solid telephone etiquette and basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and guest inquiries.
Qualifications
- Customer Service or Hospitality experience (minimum 1 year)
- Previous experience using SMS Host or other property management systems (minimum 1 year)
- Office clerical work and/or computer or cashier experience (minimum 6 months)
Education, Work Experience, and Other Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Position requires working on a computer for an extended time involving visual review of documents and invoices.
- Extended periods of sitting, working on a computer, and viewing screens.
- Available for on-call support.
