1st Shift - Production Support Positions (Half Day Fridays) at Complete Design & Packaging LLC – Concord, North Carolina

We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our dynamic team at our Manor Ave. location in Concord.

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
• Workdays you’ll love: Enjoy early Fridays while still working a full week!

What You’ll Do:
Work in various production support positions within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Feeding raw material into machines for processing.
• Ensuring orders are correctly positioned and sized for seamless operation.
• Coordinating with forklift drivers to minimize machine downtime.
• Cleaning printing formats during active job runs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Performing additional tasks as required or directed by your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For- Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of experience working in warehouse/production environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• The ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs.

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• The ability to thrive in a production environment: Hot and Cold Temps / Standing, Bending, Walking up to 9 Hours
