PM Cook at The Windsor Court – New Orleans, Louisiana

The Windsor Court seeks a skilled fine-dining cook to join our team and prepare food according to our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of cooking experience in a fine-dining restaurant and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare food according to the quality standards of The Windsor Court

- Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner

- Maintain Cook’s station and kitchen inventory

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Food Prep or similar role

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
