Leasing Consultant at Inland Companies – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Harmoniq Residential is seeking an outgoing, creative, and people-loving Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations at two standout Milwaukee communities.

The Easton, located on the lower east side, is a premier luxury residence blending contemporary sophistication with one of the city’s most walkable and energetic neighborhoods. Row31, located in the eclectic Riverwest neighborhood, is a boutique community of luxury townhomes that balances the convenience of city living with expansive outdoor spaces and a strong sense of place.

This is more than a leasing role. It is a highly visible, relationship-driven position for someone who loves connecting with people, telling a story online, and helping create a true sense of community.

What you will do

• Serve as a brand ambassador for both communities by creating warm, memorable first impressions for prospective residents
• Tour apartments and townhomes with confidence and enthusiasm, highlighting layouts, amenities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle benefits
• Build genuine relationships with prospects and residents by listening closely, anticipating needs, and following through
• Play an active role in marketing efforts by contributing to social media content, keeping online listings fresh, and helping bring creative ideas to life
• Help plan and support resident events that foster connection, belonging, and community pride
• Stay informed on local rental trends and competitors to confidently position each community in the market
• Accurately process applications, leases, and renewals while maintaining organized and timely communication
• Act as a trusted resource for current residents by assisting with questions, concerns, and day-to-day needs in a friendly, responsive way

Who we are looking for

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating positive experiences
• A natural connector who is comfortable talking to anyone and thrives in a social environment
• Experience in leasing is preferred, but backgrounds in sales, hospitality, marketing, or administrative roles are also welcome
• Comfortable using social media platforms and excited to contribute ideas and content
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning modern leasing technology
• Positive, energetic, and collaborative with an interest in growing within property management
