We are currently seeking experienced Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs) to support our expanding projects across the Lower Mainland.
As a Lane Technician at Glen Traffic Solutions Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow during various projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of traffic control measures, making a significant impact on our operations in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

- 1 -2 years of Lane Closure experience
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Strong communication skills with drivers, crew, and operators
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-12 hours)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment
- Positive attitude, motivated and energetic.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of traffic control measures for various projects, conduct regular inspections of equipment and work sites to maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust controls as necessary to enhance safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work sites to maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Provide support during road construction, event management, and other traffic-related tasks.
Requirements
- Knowledge of paving techniques and traffic management principles.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is an asset.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
- Commitment to safety practices and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to traffic control equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to write reports.
Salary- $26 onwards
