Affirmed Home Care, a trusted leader in concierge-level home health services, is actively hiring Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for an infant pediatric client in a private home setting.

This role is ideal for LPNs seeking flexible schedules, strong clinical support, and rewarding pediatric experience.Available Shifts

• 12-hour Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
• Administer JPEG feed and oxygen
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being
• Communicate effectively with family members and care team

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric LPN experience (acute care or home care)
• At least 1 year of pediatric PEG Tube experience
• PALS certification required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current physical exam (within 1 year)
• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
• Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
