• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours per shift)
  
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and move quickly throughout the day
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs (dogs, equipment, supplies)
  
• Ability to control and safely handle dogs of all sizes, including large and strong breeds
  
• Ability to react quickly and physically intervene in dog interactions when needed
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with constant movement
  
• Ability to tolerate loud noise levels (barking, play, etc.) for extended periods
  
• Ability to work in environments with strong odors (cleaning products, pet waste, wet dogs)
  
• Ability to perform frequent cleaning tasks, including mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing
  
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (indoor/outdoor transitions, damp conditions)
  
• Ability to use hands and arms repetitively (leashing, cleaning, opening gates, etc.)
  
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings at all times for safety
