📍 50 Beharrell Street, Suite C, Concord, MA 01742We’re counting down to the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Advanced Surgical Associates location in Concord — and we’re looking for a skilled, energetic, and patient-focused Surgical Assistant to help launch this practice with confidence and clinical excellence.As an elite oral surgery practice, we pride ourselves on exceptional patient care, precision-driven surgery, and concierge-level service for both patients and referring providers. If you thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment, love being part of a high-performing clinical team, and take pride in delivering calm, compassionate care — this is an exciting opportunity to join us from day one.Previous oral surgery experience is highly valued, but we also welcome motivated assistants with strong fundamentals and the right mindset.⭐ What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)As a Surgical Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care. You will:Assist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons during in-office surgical proceduresPrepare and maintain sterile surgical suites and instrumentsAnticipate provider needs and support efficient surgical flowTake and process diagnostic radiographs and clinical photosMonitor patients during pre-op and post-op phasesAccurately document patient care and proceduresProvide calm, compassionate chairside support and patient educationFollow OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standardsSupport the clinical team with additional duties as needed🎓 Education, Certification & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredRegistered Dental Assistant with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry (required)Dental Radiology Certification (required)Current BLS/CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)💡 Skills & AbilitiesStrong clinical skills and attention to detailComfort working in a fast-paced surgical settingExcellent teamwork and communication skillsProfessional, calm demeanor with patientsCommitment to safety, precision, and exceptional patient care💙 What We Offer (Condensed)Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and annual merit reviewsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off, Sick Time, Paid Holidays & Paid Parental LeaveLife and Disability InsuranceScrubs/Uniforms providedSupportive leadership and growth-focused clinical environment
