Join a growing leader in the senior hospitality industry! We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support our Finance team during an exciting period of organizational growth. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional looking for stability, impact, and long-term career advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with monthly close and financial reporting
• Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Reconcile and analyze General Ledger accounts
• Maintain prepaid, accrual, and fixed asset schedules
• Support budgets, audits, regulatory reporting, and tax filings
• Assist with special projects for CFO and Director of Finance

What We’re Looking For:

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (required)
• Strong Excel skills
• Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
