Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our scheduling team by coordinating appointments, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate calendars
• Communicate with clients and staff regarding schedule updates
• Respond to scheduling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Help maintain organized records and documentation
• Support the scheduling team with administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles preferred but not required
