Production Clerk - 3rd Shift at Rise Baking Company, LLC – River Falls, Wisconsin

3rd shift 10:30pm - 6am, Monday - Friday

Job Purpose

No Accurately and efficiently perform data entry of raw materials and finished goods into the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Accurately reconcile daily raw and finished goods inventory. Assist with purchasing materials for the production department.

Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate records in SAP; manage and report SAP discrepancies within PSAs

• Adjust process orders for planned or unplanned material substitutions

• Release process orders per the production schedule and prepare production paperwork

• Reconcile PSA inventory and verify accurate consumption and production of goods to process orders

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close

• Assist with stock transfer orders as needed

• Assist with SAP training in warehouse and production as needed

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Production/warehouse experience preferred

• Good verbal and written communication skills, including legible handwriting

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change

• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and quality driven

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
