• Provide guidance on accounts, services, and lending-related questions
• Assist members with account maintenance requests and service needs
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Route calls effectively to ensure members are connected to the right resource

• 2+ years of experience in a call center, banking, or financial services role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to handle high call volume while maintaining service quality
