Workers' Compensation Specialist at Bender Insurance Solutions – Roseville, California

Bender Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Specialist to serve as a strategic claims advocate for our commercial clients.

This is not an adjuster role. This is a consultative position focused on improving claim outcomes, influencing reserving strategies, and partnering with Producers to deliver measurable value to clients.

What You'll Do

• Conduct high-level workers’ compensation claim reviews
• Influence claim strategy with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel
• Identify reserving concerns and closure opportunities
• Partner with Producers in prospect and renewal meetings
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on claim performance
• Contribute to agency safety initiatives and strategic planning

What You Bring

• 3+ years of progressive workers’ compensation claims experience
  (complex or litigated claims preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
• Experience working with carriers, TPAs, or in a claims advocacy role
• Preferred designations: WCIP, WCLS, WCCA
