About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a Case Management Specialist to oversee our team of case managers. This position will carry a partial caseload serving clients as well as provide supervision, training, and support to the other case managers at the agency.

Salary Range

$53,000 – $58,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

• A Bachelor’s degree in a human service field;
• At least (4) four years providing case management services
• Regular travel is a requirement of this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
