Tool Room Machinist at Bharat Forge PMT Technologie LLC – Surgoinsville, Tennessee

Bharat Forge PMT is a growing, steel forging manufacturer with an in-house Tool shop. We are seeking CNC Operators/CNC Machinist/Toolmaker.

Successful candidates will have the ability to troubleshoot CNC programs for issues and errors and have a strong mathematical background. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipped throughout our tool shop. CNC Operator will also assist in the development of programming, maintenance procedures and manufacturing practices

This position requires a minimum of 5 years + experience machining or technical degree; or completed a Toolmaker apprenticeship.

Successful candidates will have the ability to troubleshoot CNC programs for issues and errors and have a strong mathematical background.

This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipped throughout our tool shop(Lathe, Mills, EDM). CNC Operator will also assist in the development of programming and maintenance procedures and manufacturing practices.

Able to read Blueprints.

Able to read micrometers and various measuring equipment.

CAD experience is a plus.
