Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Direct Mail serves as the facilitator for all direct mail fundraising initiatives supporting Norton Children's and its connection to the broader Norton Healthcare system. This role drives donor engagement and revenue growth through compelling storytelling, multi channel fundraising strategy, and seamless coordination with internal and external partners. The Coordinator, Direct Mail executes comprehensive direct campaigns that elevate the Norton Children's brand, integrates Norton Children's priorities, and fuels year round support for the Annual Fund. This role ensures that every campaign reflects the mission, values, and impact of Norton Children's in a way that strengthens donor loyalty and maximizes philanthropic support for pediatric care. The position is responsible for Norton Healthcare Foundation direct mail campaigns as determined by foundation leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Three years experience in Marketing or Fundraising
