We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to determine the root cause of malfunctions.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs and concerns.

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, as well as parts and supplies used.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during installation and repair processes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance on air conditioning and heating systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Communicate clearly with customers about system performance and repair options

Requirements

• 3+ years HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid California driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
