Minimum pharmacy requirements:
Requirements vary by role (Pharmacy Technician, Clinical Pharmacist, and specialty positions).
Candidates must meet all education, licensure, and certification requirements applicable to their specific position.
Pharmacy Technicians must hold active state licensure and national certification (CPhT), where required.
Pharmacists must be licensed or eligible for licensure and may require residency training or equivalent experience depending on specialty.
All pharmacy professionals must maintain required continuing education and credentials in good standing.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment are essential.
