Role Summary: Calvary Early Learning is a caring and nurturing program dedicated to providing developmentally appropriate experiences that support the spiritual, intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth of each child we serve. Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the classroom using developmentally appropriate practices and positive behavior guidance.

• Plan and implement activities based on our curriculum, tailored to support each child’s spiritual, intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development.

• Observe and assess each child's progress using provided assessment tools.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes healthy learning and play.

• Communicate effectively to build trusting relationships with children, families, staff, and team members—including the Early Learning team and facilities services.

• Use childcare management tools efficiently for daily operations and documentation.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, carrying, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
