We are seeking a full-time, remote Quality & Performance Analyst. The Quality & Performance Analyst supports the organization’s quality and performance improvement initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, documentation, and process support, working closely with cross‑functional teams to help monitor quality outcomes and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in healthcare or workers’ compensation, and experience in quality management and operational problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality & Performance Monitoring
- Perform quality audits on processes.
- Collect and validate quality and performance data from multiple sources (systems, reports, audits, or operational teams)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and scorecards related to quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness
- Identify trends, variances, and data anomalies and escalate findings appropriately
- Ensure consistent and accurate documentation & Process execution.
Escalation & Problem Solving
- Manage and track escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Referral Management, Network development, Network Billing, Account Management, Network Services, IT) to resolve complex problems.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external when needed.
- Triage issues to appropriate teams based on complexity and urgency.
- Respond to data and reporting requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate findings clearly through written summaries and presentations
Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Support quality improvement and performance initiatives by providing data and analysis
- Assist with root cause analysis activities and basic process reviews
- Assist with Process mapping exercise.
- Assist operations to develop SOP and related process documentation as needed.
- Help track action plans, corrective actions, and follow‑up items
Reporting & Documentation
- Develop and maintain reports for KPIs, audit results, and process metrics.
- Present findings to management and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation of audit, procedures, training materials, and process workflows.
- Assist with internal quality reviews, audits, or readiness activities
- Ensure quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Support compliance tracking and evidence collection as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience as a business analyst, quality, operations, or performance support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advance Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare and/or workers’ compensation
- Exposure to quality improvement, performance management, or compliance in healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or databases
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts (training or coursework acceptable)
