Lead Mental Health Associates, Weekends or Nights at Springbrook Behavioral Health System – Travelers Rest, South Carolina

Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking a weekend Lead Mental Health Associate for our Adult Unit, and night shift Lead for our Acute Children's unit, Monday-Friday.

The Lead Mental Health Associate is responsible for providing direct management of the patients and staff. They assist other members of the department in the execution of the treatment plan, adherence to schedule, providing a safe environment and thoughtful observations and documentation in caring for the patient.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience in a behavioral health setting. A High School diploma is required and continuing education would be a plus.
