Desktop Support
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues and will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Information Technology in implementation and maintenance of all Computer, Communication, Network Hardware, and Software. Provide technical support to all staff and clients regarding proper operation / use of all organizational electronic resources.
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions
- Monitoring of email and internet usage by staff on a regular basis and/or as assigned.
- In conjunction with supervisor; development of related electronic communication policy and procedures.
- Knowledge and support of communication systems (i.e., PBX phone system, Cellular services and Facsimile / Analog based equipment).
- Ability to resolve end-user questions and problems efficiently.
- Maintenance of client computers (desktops) both those assigned to the LAN and standalone units.
- Data input / Generation of outcome measures reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- - Proven experience in desktop support or IT support roles
- - Familiarity with common business applications and productivity tools
- - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- - Basic understanding of networking concepts and security protocols
- - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or degree preferred

Requirements:The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required. Applicant to complete a background check which include PA Criminal, PA Childline and FBI DHS/PDE fingerprint clearances.
