Our Greenhouse team provides more than 2 million native perennials annually to residential gardeners, landscape contractors, retail garden centers, and commercial customers.

The Opportunity

We are hiring multiple Seasonal Greenhouse Fulfillment & Delivery Technicians to support wholesale order preparation and customer delivery from April through October. Start and end dates are flexible based on availability.

We welcome applicants who are available for the full season as well as those who can begin part-time and expand availability as schedules allow.

This role works under the direction of our Greenhouse Wholesale & Delivery Fulfillment Lead and focuses on assembling plant orders with accuracy, staging and loading materials, and delivering orders to customers across a 3-hour radius.

This is a hands-on role that combines fulfillment and delivery responsibilities. Team members are responsible for ensuring orders are accurate, properly loaded, and delivered safety and professionally.

Weekend coverage may be required as part of a staggered schedule to support seven-day plant care operations.

What You Will Do

Fulfillment Responsibilities:

• Utilize order sheets to assemble plant orders accurately.
• Select plants that meet quality, health, and presentations standards.
• Apply finishing touches to ensure plants are customer ready.
• Stage and organize orders for efficient loading and delivery.
• Load trucks safely, ensuring orders are secure and accurate.
• Maintain organized, efficient fulfillment and loading workspaces.
• Follow daily work direction from Fulfillment Leads and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Support greenhouse production or facilities activities as needed.

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain communication with MNL staff and customers regarding delivery status.
• Load and unload plant material safely and verify order accuracy with customers.
• Act as a professional and personable representative of MNL during customer interactions.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip inspections in compliance with DOT requirements and log route details.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• An interest in plants, horticulture, or working in a greenhouse environment.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, delivery, landscaping, agriculture, or other hands-on work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.Experience operating larger transport vehicles such as box trucks preferred.
• Strong reliability and ability to work full shifts that may extend beyond a standard 8-hour day.

• Ability to interact professionally with customers and respond to basic inquiries.
• Ability to perform physical labor in greenhouse and outdoor conditions.
