This role is critical to our European expansion, focusing on building transformative relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers to advance oncology clinical trials. Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & StrategyDesign and execute comprehensive partnership strategies with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and CROs across GermanyLead high-stakes negotiations with C-level executives and research heads at major pharmaceutical organizationsDevelop strategic alliances with leading oncology centers, university hospitals, and research networksCreate innovative partnership models that accelerate clinical trial enrollment while ensuring regulatory complianceMarket Expansion & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new commercial opportunities in precision oncology and clinical trial technologyBuild relationships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, and healthcare administratorsRepresent Massive Bio at major industry conferences, medical symposiums, and partnership eventsStakeholder Relationship ManagementCultivate relationships with regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare authoritiesPartner with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Data Science, Product) to deliver on partnership commitmentsProvide strategic market intelligence and partnership insights to global leadership teamEnsure all partnership activities align with local regulations and compliance requirementsPerformance & GrowthEstablish KPIs for partnership success and drive measurable business impactDevelop and manage partnership pipeline with clear progression milestonesSupport local team development and performance optimizationDeliver quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to headquartersIdeal Candidate ProfileEssential Experience4-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within healthcare, life sciences, or health technologyProven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies or healthcare institutionsExperience with clinical trials ecosystem - understanding of patient recruitment, regulatory requirements, or research operationsDemonstrated success in developing new markets or expanding business operations in regulated industriesPreferred BackgroundExperience at digital health companies, clinical research organizations (CROs), or pharmaceutical partnerships teamsBackground in oncology, precision medicine, or clinical trial technologiesPrevious roles in market expansion, country development, or regional partnership managementUnderstanding of European healthcare regulations and compliance frameworksSkills & AttributesStrategic thinking with ability to translate business opportunities into actionable partnership strategiesRelationship building expertise with C-level executives and senior healthcare professionalsNegotiation skills for complex, multi-stakeholder agreementsAnalytical mindset with data-driven approach to partnership performanceCultural adaptability and ability to work effectively across diverse healthcare systemsEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldAdvanced degree or MBA preferred for senior partnership roles
