Conference Planning Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Conference Planning Manager to lead the coordination and execution of our meetings and conferences. Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Create group briefs and BEO"s
- Coordinate with group contacts and internal teams to plan meeting space, meals, transportation, accommodations, and audio visual needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years previous experience as a Conference Planning manager in a full service hotel or Conference Center
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Delphi
