The Sr. Relationship Banker is a sales position primarily focused on sales development and relationship building through loans, deposits, and membership growth and retention. This position is responsible for selling a full range of consumer, commercial, and investment products to meet the needs of both existing and prospective members. Additionally, this position will assist with staff meetings, staff evaluations, the hiring process, responding to alarm calls, opening and closing branches, and maintaining storefront appearance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Focusing on cross-selling to existing members and engaging in outside sales activities such as business sales calls, community functions, and business events to drive new membership growth.
• Educating members about financial strategies, products, and services that will meet or exceed their needs.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer, small business products and services, mortgage loans, and investments to recommend appropriate solutions to prospective clients.
• Handling consumer, mortgage, and small business applications from application status through closing.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual production goals, increasing branch growth and profitability.
• Utilize lending and credit expertise to deliver quality, sophisticated credit solutions best suited to meet the client’s needs.

Qualifications Include:

• A college degree or a combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of related financial sales experience is required.
• Saturday availability is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good supervisory abilities.
• Flexible schedule.
