About the Role
Accord Curtains is hiring 2 full-time Associate Installers to support our growing healthcare services team.
This role is focused on servicing hospitals and outpatient facilities by installing, removing, and replacing privacy curtains — helping maintain safe, clean environments for patients and healthcare staff.
This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone who:
- Likes working independently
- Enjoys staying physically active
- Takes pride in doing quality work
Urgent Need:
At least one hire must be available Thursday–Monday (9am–5pm).
- Install, remove, and replace privacy curtains in:
- Patient rooms
- Surgical areas
- Outpatient and clinical facilities
- Patient rooms
- Safely use ladders and basic installation tools
- Follow hospital infection prevention and cleanliness protocols
- Load, unload, and transport curtains/equipment between jobs
- Maintain accurate service records for each location
- Communicate professionally with hospital staff and internal team
- Assist with outpatient curtain cleaning operations
- Help coordinate curtain swaps, tracking, and scheduling
- Support workflow between facility pickups and clean inventory
- Ensure timely turnaround for outpatient customers
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One role requires Thursday–Monday availability
- Other role may follow a standard weekday sch
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable working in hospitals and healthcare environments
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on ladders
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Professional and respectful in sensitive environments
- Experience in installation, facilities, or service work
- Experience in healthcare environments
- Interest in leadership or team development
