We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Painter.

What will you be doing most days?

• Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding or removing old paint
• Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces
• Attention to detail in work performed
• Follow management's instructions on maintaining inventory and paint
• Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner
• Preparing the surrounding area by covering other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths, and protective coverings to keep free of paint
• Moving furniture and equipment as necessary to reach the entire surface of the project
• Removing and replacing fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers for preparation and after completion
• Cleaning up work area and replacing fixtures when project is complete
• Cleaning up brushes, work area, and any equipment.
• Following safeguards, rules, and regulations

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position would require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.

Pay Scale: $17.30 - $21.00/hour
