About This Position

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Admissions and Marketing to lead our efforts in attracting and enrolling prospective students while enhancing our institution’s brand presence. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization by developing innovative marketing strategies and overseeing the admissions process to ensure a diverse and talented student body.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies to increase visibility and attract prospective students.

- Oversee the entire admissions process, including application review, interviews, and enrollment decisions.

- Lead and manage the admissions and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with academic departments and external partners to promote programs and initiatives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Manage the admissions budget and allocate resources effectively.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to admissions and marketing campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management, preferably within an educational setting.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms.

- Knowledge of higher education policies, trends, and best practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
