Receptionist/Concierge at Country Club Management of Orlando Inc – Windermere, Florida

Description:

Fitness and Spa Concierge is responsible for service in the manner most pleasing to the members of Isleworth Golf and Country Club, assuring the highest standards in appearance, hospitality, professionalism, work ethic and attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Completes all opening and closing duties thoroughly & accurately including setting up and taking down the member food and beverage bar

• Clean fitness areas including equipment and maintains areas throughout the shift including restocking the member food and beverage bar

• Checks for and reports any deficiencies and/or maintenance concerns to Fitness Manager and puts in maintenance work order

• Answers phones making appointments for the spa as necessary

• Completes all charges from the day and ensures that the paperwork is delivered to the accounting department

• Attends staff meetings

• Completes any other tasks as assigned by the Fitness & Spa Manager

• can work weekends & holidays
