About the Role:

As a Production Crew Member within the Warehousing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling, packaging, and preparation of goods for shipment. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining smooth operational workflows and meeting delivery schedules, which are essential for customer satisfaction and business success. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to uphold quality standards and adhere to safety protocols. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, your work will support the seamless movement of products through the supply chain, from receipt to dispatch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Working overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, environment.
• Knowledge of produce
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
