We are currently looking to fill multiple Coach/Personal Trainer positions at our Lynnwood location.

• One full-time individual who can consistently work closing shifts
• One coach with early morning availability
• A third coach to support as needed

• Reports to: Fitness Manager
• Hourly range: $25 - 40, plus benefits.

Desired Education/ Certifications:

• Current CPR
• NASM, CSCS, USAW
• National Certification or a 4-year degree

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for an energetic, growth-minded fitness professional who thrives in a collaborative, community-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings both coaching expertise and a passion for helping people achieve meaningful results.
You’ll likely be a great fit if you:

• Have 1+ year of experience in both personal training and group fitness coaching
• Bring a strong coaching foundation and are committed to continuously developing your skills in personal training, coaching, and VO2 Max services
• Can act as a Health Coach for our 6-month, team-based RWP Healthspan program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, supporting client progress, and administering performance testing, including VO2 max assessments
• Have proven sales experience and are comfortable building relationships that lead to client engagement and retention
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive, motivating experience for every client
• Enjoy engaging with and building community, both inside and outside the gym
• Are enthusiastic, personable, and naturally motivating to those around you
• Demonstrate accountability, organization, and ownership of your responsibilities with strong attention to detail
• Are comfortable learning and using technology, including scheduling and client management systems
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients
• Embody Experience Momentum’s values and show a genuine hunger for professional growth

Physical Requirements:

This role requires an active presence on the fitness floor. Daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting clients, and prolonged standing or walking. Candidates must be able to frequently lift and/or move 45+ pounds.
