Corporate Accountant at Katsam Property Services – Fenton, Missouri

Katsam is scaling fast. With continued expansion across multiple states and a growing portfolio of services, we’re building the financial infrastructure to support it.

We’re looking for a Corporate Accountant who doesn’t just “do the work,” but understands how their work drives the business. This is a high-visibility role where accuracy, ownership, and initiative directly impact decision-making, growth, and operational execution.

• Own key components of the monthly and year-end close process (journal entries, accruals, adjustments)
• Perform and review bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support financial reporting and internal controls aligned with GAAP
• Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure clean, reliable financial data
• Assist with audit preparation and special projects as we continue to grow
• Support AP/AR as needed to maintain workflow continuity

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and close processes
• Experience with reconciliations and financial accuracy controls
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems (preferred)
