About This Position
About UsBE&SCO Manufacturing designs and builds industry-leading tortilla, flatbread, and bakery equipment. We are seeking an Electrical Assembler to support the assembly and wiring of control panels, harnesses, and cables used in our equipment.Job SummaryThe Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling wiring harnesses, cables, and control panels by following schematics and technical drawings. This role requires hands-on electrical assembly experience, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and escalate schematic or wiring issues. The position works primarily on the manufacturing floor and supports production efficiency and quality standards.What You’ll DoShadow an experienced employee during the first 40 hours of trainingAssemble wiring harnesses, cables, and control panels by following schematicsPerform wiring, stripping, and crimping using hand toolsUse a variety of hand tools and electrical assembly toolsClock in and out of work orders using computer and manufacturing softwareIdentify and report schematic errors, discrepancies, or issuesFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsRequirements3–5 years of electronic assembly or related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of AC/DC circuit theoryAbility to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagramsExperience using digital multimeters and ohm metersKnowledge of shop math and assembly processesProficiency with basic hand toolsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detailBasic computer skillsUnderstanding of workplace safety requirementsGood interpersonal skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform repetitive tasks and skilled manual laborAbility to use hand tools throughout the workdayAbility to wear required personal protective equipment at all timesAbility to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Ability to maintain focus in a busy manufacturing environmentWork EnvironmentMajority of time spent on the manufacturing floorOpen workspace with cool to cold temperaturesNoise levels can be moderate to highMust comply with all safety protocolsScheduleMonday through Friday8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
