Job Overview
The Park Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members / Groundskeepers to help maintain our championship golf course and club grounds. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team environment. Ideal for high school students, college students, or anyone seeking seasonal outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

· Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, and rough

· Rake and maintain bunkers (sand traps)

· Perform string trimming, edging, and general landscaping

· Assist with daily golf course setup (tee markers, hole locations, course accessories)

· Operate small maintenance equipment and utility vehicles

· Maintain course appearance and assist with general grounds maintenance

· Follow all equipment safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications

· Reliable and punctual

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Ability to perform physical labor and lift 25–50 lbs

· Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

· Positive attitude and ability to work on a team

· No experience required — we will train

Work Schedule

· Early morning shifts typically starting between 5:00–6:00 AM

· Many shifts finish late morning or early afternoon

· Flexible scheduling available
