Payer Enrollment Coordinator at Advocare LLC – Marlton, New Jersey

The Payor Relations Payor Enrollment Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Credentialing and Payor enrollment and will be responsible for enrolling and onboarding providers on the Medallion credentialing platform. Medallion is Advocare’s partner in completing payor enrollment and credentialing.

This is a remote position, which may include occasional travel to the Advocare home office in Marlton, NJ.

Essential Functions

Essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job.

• Onboard new providers to the Medallion credentialing platform.
• Assist providers with creating, managing and maintaining their profile in Medallion.
• Monitor the status of required tasks needed to enable provider credentialing and enrollment.
• Follow-up with providers and Office Managers as needed to facilitate the completion of open tasks.
• Provide status updates for providers in the payor enrollment and credentialing process.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries received in the centralized Advocare credentialing Email box.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• 3-5 years prior experience in a healthcare, physician practice or credentialing environment
• Experience with Medallion Credentialing Platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database and spreadsheet analysis
• Preferred 4-year College Degree
