About This Position
Physician – Gastroenterology (Employed Partner Model) Madison Medical Sports & Rehabilitation Center Madison, NJ | Full-Time | In Person
Compensation: Competitive base salary + collections-sharing model with significant performance-based upside
About Madison Medical
Madison Medical is a physician-led, multidisciplinary practice redefining modern healthcare through advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and outcome-driven care. We integrate specialties under one roof to deliver a seamless, high-caliber patient experience — and we're expanding that model into gastroenterology.
Position Overview
We are seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join Madison Medical as an employed partner. This is not a traditional employment arrangement — you will share directly in collections, help spearhead and build our gastroenterology division from the ground up, and have the infrastructure, support, and clinical resources to practice at the highest level from day one.
We are looking for someone hungry a physician who wants to own a modality, not just fill a schedule. You will have access to on-site fluoroscopy and a dedicated C-arm, an established referral network, and a leadership team fully invested in making this division a flagship service line. If you want to build something real and be rewarded for what you produce, this is the role.
Clinical Focus Areas
Comprehensive GI evaluation and management (IBD, IBS, GERD, motility disorders, liver disease, colorectal screening, etc.)
Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy (EGD, colonoscopy)
Fluoroscopy-guided GI procedures utilizing on-site C-arm
Coordination with our internal medicine, sports medicine, hormone/metabolic, and nutrition teams for integrative GI care
Nutrition-related GI conditions, gut health optimization, and preventive gastroenterology
Participation in colorectal cancer screening initiatives
What We Offer
Employed partner model — direct participation in collections, not just a flat salary
Malpractice insurance fully covered by Madison Medical
100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Profit-sharing retirement plan with employer contribution (401(k))
Established patient referral pipeline across internal medicine, primary care, and specialty partners
On-site fluoroscopy and C-arm — procedural capability without leaving the building
Strong clinical and administrative support staff
Credentialing and operational infrastructure already in place
Modern facility with serious long-term growth trajectory
Physician-led leadership that invests in your visibility and professional brand
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (Required)
Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain
Fellowship training in Gastroenterology (Required)
Proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
Experience with or interest in fluoroscopy-guided procedures a plus
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Driven, growth-oriented physician ready to build and lead a division — not just see patients
Benefits
100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Malpractice insurance fully covered
401(k) profit-sharing plan with employer contribution
Paid time off and paid holidays
Full-time position — we are building something lasting and need someone committed to growing with us
