Cleaner - part time at Electri-Cord Mfg. Co. – Westfield, Pennsylvania

Cleaner: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include notifying management of need for repairs, and ordering cleaning and required supplies.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Cleaning stocking and supplying designated facility areas – dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning vents, restroom cleaning etc.
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
