In collaboration with Caracas Bakery, we are launching a high-volume breakfast and lunch program centered around exceptional coffee and artisanal baked goods.

The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages while delivering fast, friendly, and professional service.

This role requires speed, consistency, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to perform under pressure during busy morning and lunch service.

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, and other beverages to standard
  
  

• Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and timing
  
  

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment with care and precision
  
  

• Provide warm, engaging service to members and public guests
  
  

• Manage multiple orders efficiently during high-volume periods
  
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station at all times
  
  

• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies as needed
  
  

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  
  

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
  
  

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment preferred
  
  

• Knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
