Job duties:
Work hybrid remote out of Philadelphia office (3 days work from home per week)

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, legal memoranda, motions, briefs, etc.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
• Take and defend depositions and appear in court
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
• Handle cases from inception through trial

Required:
· Dual bar in PA and NJ· Recent PI litigation experience (related to catastrophic personal injury and/or medical malpractice)
